KOSGEB offers support in various areas for people who want to start their own business or launch a venture. You can benefit from between 50,000 TL and 370,000 TL through the Entrepreneurship Support Project. In the rest of this article we cover the details you need to know about this programme, which is divided into Traditional Entrepreneur Support and Advanced Entrepreneur Support.
KOSGEB ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT DETAILS
There are 4 important conditions for benefiting from entrepreneurship support.
1. Before setting up your business, you must complete KOSGEB's online entrepreneurship training.
2. The prospective entrepreneur must not have had a business as a sole proprietor in the last 3 years, nor hold more than 30% of shares in any company.
3. The entrepreneur must hold at least 50% of the shares in the business to be set up.
4. After the business is set up, the entrepreneur must work only on their own business for the duration of the support and must not be employed anywhere subject to social security (SGK) provisions.
If you think you meet the conditions above, you can receive between 50,000 and 370,000 TL from the entrepreneur support programmes run by KOSGEB. Your planned business idea must also fall within the NACE codes opened by KOSGEB.
